Well I've been vaping now for about a month and while I'm still hacking up nasty junk out of my lungs on occasion I am noticing a significant improvement in my health. Last weekend I took my twelve year old to the park to practice some softball. I was fielding balls she hit and found myself running yes running something I have not done in years due to being to winded to do so. It felt like I was twelve myself, I couldn't believe it. If I were still smoking I would have been dying trying to catch my breath. It took bait of money as I started with a g6 kit and a single 400 mah triton then picked up a triton kit more supplies juice etc. But now that I've got some quality gear I'm super happy and now the only money I've been spending has been on juice. Don't get me wrong there are lots of vaping things I want but I don't need. Cool thing is my brother in law is in town visiting and was using a blu ecig. Wish he would have said something before he bought it as I ccould have pointed him in a better direction, but I gave him my 400 mah triton and I think he's hooked.
1 month off analogs and couldn't be happier.

Congrats friend! I'm in the same boat as you. Started vaping a month ago and haven't touched a cig since. Best part is the not getting winded feeling. I've already converted 3 smokers to vaping.

Congratulations! I know how hard it is to get off the analogs, smoked for almost 30 years. I tried vaping a year ago with cheep stuff and it didn't work. Tried again several months ago with quality equipment and haven't picked up an analog since.
It gets better yet. The cravings, if you have any truly decrease in intensity and become far and few between 
. I heard this before with quitting cold turkey a few years ago ,but people lied and the cravings never stopped or decreased with intensity. But it is true with vaping! At least for me it has. My Blood pressure is much better now too! The benefits with switching to vaping are amazing!

Eight hours one way. I asked him if the vaping bothered him at all as he has athsma and he said not at all keep in mind second hand smoke from me would give him fits. It's been a a blessing to me and my family.
Congrats on making the switch! I feel happy every time I read these success stories, and even though I "only" smoked analogs for 4 years, and only been quit for 14 days now, it is stories like these that keep me going when I would walk a mile over broken glass for an analog.

Our son got my wife and I our first ego's for Christmas, at first we vaped and smoked, but it helped us cut down. I actually quit on Feb 27th and my wife 2 weeks later. I am 57 and my wife 53 I smoked for 43 years and her for 36. This has been the biggest blessing to us.
Welcome to ecf and congrats to ya. I don't think a day goes by that something about vaping does not amaze me.

Congrats! I coughed up a lot of .... in the beginning as well, but it stops after a while, and the health just gets better! I been off analogs for over five months now, and I still get better.
