So I just realized that a year ago today is when I joined ECF. Incidentally, the day I chose to stop smoking was 1/20/12 which was my 30th birthday. I went about two weeks cold-turkey and knew I was about to cave in and start smoking again when my roommate at the time suggested I look into the electronic cigarettes. So I walked down the street to the local smoke shop and asked "do you have any electronic cigarettes"? They did and I bought it (a severely over priced Nico-tek Metro RN4081). It was ok but I wanted to see if I could find something better so I started looking around on the internet and found ECF. Fast forward to today where I am rocking three 1000mAh twists and an evic with an assortment of nova tanks, ce4's, EMDCC's and am seriously looking into genesis style rba's. The point that I am trying to make is that ECF helped me stop being a smoker and start being a vaper and for that I thank everyone who posted threads that I found informative and especially all those who have answered my fair share of newbie questions.

Thank you all. I hear you baditude. As a result of my switching, a number of my coworkers have decided to switch as well and I try to be as educated as possible in order to answer any of their questions. I also try to make a point of keeping extra juice, ego batteries, and a charger at my desk in case anyone runs into technical problems.

You learn something new every day on ECF. So the titles like "veteran" "senior member" and "PV master" are based on post count? I kind of assumed that but I had no idea what the posting requirements were.
Veteran is based on post count and time on board. One year and 75 posts or 6 months and 1000 posts. The rest are purely post count.
