1 year smoke free and feeling proud!

Just wanted to post 'cuz I'm super proud of myself, never in a million years would I have guessed I'd be able to say I haven't smoked a cigarette for a WHOLE YEAR! I couldn't even imagine going a whole day??!! I was 2 packs a day for 20 years... Thank goodness for this technology!
