10 mm Syringe, are they good for vaping

Not sure where to post this so here we go. I have just come across 10 mm Syringes. A bag of them. I was thinking about using them with my pif offers. Are they worth anything to vapors? I have heard of people using Syringes but I dont know what size they use.

A lot of people that DIY would like them. I know some of the cartos out there require a syringe to fill; the ones you have are a little bigger than they would normally use but I can't imagine why they wouldn't work. If you have the needles, too, that's a bonus, but even without they're nice to have around.
