Shawshank Redemption

Diva (French new wave thriller)

Harold and Maude (dark comedy)

The Parent Trap (the original version- what can I say, nostaglia for youth and camp)

Eating Raoul (quirky dark comedy)

It Happened One Night (oldie but goodie)

Vertigo (gotta have a Hitchcock)

Blade Runner (ditto for sci-fi genre)

Hmmm...

I do love:

01) Rocky Horror. I mean, how could I NOT! LOL
02) Finding Nemo. I know its a kids movie. I love it though.
03) Water Boy. On SO many levels :D
04) Natural Born Killers. My second favorite love story movie.
05) Secretary. My first favorite love story movie.
06) Love Potion #9. Its cheesy
07) O Brother, Where Art Thou. Cause I'm from the South and it all makes sense.
08) Delores Claiborne. Its almost as good as the book
09) My Cousin Vinny.
10) Sling Blade.

I do love Too Wong Foo... That and the Birdcage are freakin' awesome...

How can you not mention Gone With the Wind? It and The Wizzard of Oz are timeless. ET is another of my favorites.

You are right! I would also add Casablanca. Actually 10 just aren't enough. I could probably do 5-10 in about 5 different categories.

I just thought of Young Frankenstein (Mel Brooks)

And I just thought of The Enemy Below (Robert Mitchum)
