As the title says, today marks my hundreth day without smoking a cigarette. Since i got my ego setup I have not even wanted one. Thanks to anybody and everybody here who has taken the time to post either their questions or answered them with their experience and knowledge. The wealth of information found on ECF has helped me transition away from a 25 year addiction that WAS slowly but surely killing me! I can now breathe easier and had almost forgotten that you can actually stop and smell the flowers without having to stick them up your nose.:D Food really does taste better. It has also helped me inform a co-worker who is now vaping; 2 days in and loving it Again, thank you everyone for sharing all this information and being a supportive community resource for those of us seeking a better lifestyle!

Hi Shane and congrats on 100 smoke free days. That is fantastic to hear. I agree with you because ECF has been a large part of my vaping success. People sharing their experience and offering supportive hope has really helped me. Glad you are breathing easier and the regained ability to "stop and smell the flowers" which is appropriate in many areas of life.

And to hear about your co-worker is like icing on the cake. Amazing that our examples and willingness to share can have a positive impact on someone.

Hope your vaping journey continues to grow. Keep the vape and namaste.

Congratulations BN, more power to you. I never tire of reading posts about how long people have been free of cigarettes because of switching to vaping.

Awesome, here's to another 100, :toast: and another, and another...

Way to go Buck!

I quit last October, my wife soon thereafter and neither one of us has had even the slightest craving for an analog! We were hardcore, too. Spending about $150 a week!*#&$) on analogs.

Now, its like "Honey, is the whatchamacallit done steeping yet?" "I'd like to try some."

Greatest thing we ever did, thanks to my son's getting us introduced to it. We started at 18mg nic and are now down to 12mg and hope to get to 6mg one of these days.

Buck, you deserve an "atta boy". Take the rest of the week off! ;)
