I am still fairly new to the vaping scene, but I have noticed that some venders e-juice will say something like "100% PG Free" (which to me that means there is no PG in it, and its 100% VG?), but then they give you the option to select whatever PG/VG ratio you want? What gives? I thought it was PG free?

Maybe their default is "100% PG Free" and than you have an options to choose other ratios if you don't like the default.
Most flavorings have PG in them... and in order to really be PG-free, the juice has to also be made with Flavorings that don't contain any PG. Some vendors claim their juice is 100% VG... which can be misleading... because although the BASE might be all VG, there can be up to 20% flavoring in it...
This is especially important for people who have an allergic reaction to PG!!
