100% VG is clear or cloudy?

The reason I ask this is because I got a bottle of 100%VG from a local vape store and it was super cloudy, thick and bubbly. Nothing like when you get it from Virgin Vapors or Velvet Cloud. Are there any differences in the 100%VG's? Is it purer when it's clear or cloudy?

Should be clear.

Should be clear unless it's been shaken and full of air bubbles. If it is just air it will eventually rise to the top, warming the VG will facilitate this.

100% vg should be clear but it takes a good while for the tiny air bubbles to dissipate after shaking so it may just be that.

If it has flavoring in it, that's probably why it's cloudy. If not, it might just be shaken/needs to settle.

I wouldn't really call it a "culprit", but yes. The reason for this is that the Vegetable Glycerin and the Flavoring probably didn't mix fully. It's nearly impossible to get a flavoring 100% saturated in the Glycerin. For this reason, it is recommended that you shake 100% VG juices thoroughly before using them (and by that, I mean before every time you drip or refill your tank, not just the first time you get it), moreso with juices that use citrus flavorings, I've noticed.

As I asked/received the answer for: This isn't straight glycerin. I've had many 100% VG juices that are cloudy, and it's positively because of the flavoring not fully saturating. I'll bet money that this is the case for Hawaii.

That said though, I've vaped said juices even at their peak cloudiness, and never noticed anything wrong. In fact I think they're more flavorful when cloudy.

Yeah it just kinda flipped me out when I got it and I could see it super milky compare to those online companies. Almost the consistency of egg whites but with milk in it. Yeah. [emoji15]

Sorry I got a bit confused by your description of 100%VG and not 100% VG juice.

100% VG actually means a bottle of Glycerin USP with no flavorings and additives.

A 100% VG juice means a juice made with mostly VG and other additives that include flavoring, coloring, nicotine and water but not PG.

Yes, if you shake up a bottle to mix juice ingredients or if you do the same to Glycerin USP (VG) the liquid will appear cloudy or may contain suspended bubbles for a while. Just let it sit for a few hours and it will clear up. Depending on the additives used the finished liquid may not be perfectly clear.
