100% VG actually means a bottle of Glycerin USP with no flavorings and additives.
A 100% VG juice means a juice made with mostly VG and other additives that include flavoring, coloring, nicotine and water but not PG.
Yes, if you shake up a bottle to mix juice ingredients or if you do the same to Glycerin USP (VG) the liquid will appear cloudy or may contain suspended bubbles for a while. Just let it sit for a few hours and it will clear up. Depending on the additives used the finished liquid may not be perfectly clear.
