OK so I normally get my juices from myfreedomsmokes or mtbakervapor and almost always at 80pg/20vg but after all the hype and because of pbusardos favorite juice list i ended up ordering some 100% vg gorilla juice from Alien Visions. I always vape 18mg nic and thats what i got my gorilla juice in but it absolutely feels like its much higher. I get a pretty strong nicotine buzz from it as it i were vaping 24mg or 36mg. It also gives a massive throat hit just like the higher nics do. Could this be because of the 100% vg? I'm wondering if the vg has a higher absorption rate of the nic in the lungs. Also i was always under the impression that pg is were the TH comes from and vg doesnt give a throat it at all like the pg does but i'm guessing that maybe i was mislead by the many sites that say that?

I'm not sure if VG is supposed to do that, but I will tell you from experience that VG definitely feels like a "heavier" vape if that makes any sense. It feels heavier in my mouth and in my lungs. It's just a totally different experience if you are not used to high VG liquids.

Haven't tried Gorilla Juice yet, but the Clove is AWESOME! Feels all tingly like a real clove cigarette. I've got Boba's in a ProTank mini right now. Here is something I did....I added 2 drops of water to my ProTank mini to cut the thickness of the VG. I wonder if that will help your Gorilla Juice feel less harsh to you!

I actually added a drop of sweetner in my tank with the gorilla juice before i read your reply and it deff helped out a lot even though i think a drop was to much for only 2 mls of gorilla juice. I'll deff try a few drops of water. Let me know what you think of the gorilla juice, i dont taste any banana AT ALL just a really strong cigar taste but i also don't have a very sophisticated palette so it could just be me
And it hasnt steeped at all yet so hopefully more flavors than cigar will present themselves after some steeping. Though i read in a couple reviews that the banana actually starts to fade the more you steep it which is weird cause i dont taste any right out of the mailbox
and i've also read in a lot of reviews that the tobacco flavor in bobas bounty and gorilla juice is "only in the background" and that people who normally dont like tobacco flavors will like this... if thats true then this its got a LOT of changing and steeping to do lol
I will likely try some Gorilla Juice tomorrow, after I finish this tank of Boba's. I like banana flavors so I'm looking forward to trying it. Oh...and I wouldn't add more than 2 drops of water to 2ml of juice. You will risk diluting the juice and ruining the flavor.
WOW i've never had a flavor 180 like that with steeping. This Gorilla juice completely changed on me its super smooth now as before it was super harsh and the banana flavor is totally there with a complex tobacco with caramel and other notes. STEEEEPing this is a must
I've been vaping Gorilla Juice on a dripping atty. IT'S DELICIOUS. Just a plan 510 atty.It's my first foray into dripping. It's a good way to taste juices. Since it's so thick, I may just use the AVE juices by dripping only since they are so thick. They just don't taste as good in my tanks. And I definitely taste the banana. YUMMMM.
For my initial 3 days I had been using a 70PG/30VG juice and loved it. Today I picked up a 100VG and while I love the flavor, I am finding the back of my throat is incredibly dry. I'm not loving that feeling. This post had great info on the topic...so thanks!
I had the same issue with BB and Gorilla Juice from AIV. I ordered 18 mg and it seemed much strong than other juices I was vaping. I let it steep for about 6 week before going back to it and I added 10% distilled water to it and it was much better and also worked better with my Protanks.
I've noticed the same thing the past few days specially if i vape 100vg before going to bed i wake up with a sore throat... not loving that either, i'm thinking of trying a drop or 2 of water as mentioned to mellow it out on the throat
After reading this thread, I came up with the bright idea of taking my 70PG/30VG Vanilla and mixing it into both the 100VG Mocha flavor I was using as well as the 100VG Confetti flavor. That seems to have done the trick for me
