Katy and I were talking today (as we were packing the 10,000th order) and we said it again... "I couldn't have imagined." The number of times we have uttered the words "I couldn't have imagined" in the last 9 months is nothing short of a miracle... everything about this experience has surpassed our expectations. This is the stuff dreams are made of...

Katy and I started this business with the a dozen 4oz bottles of flavoring, 1 gallon of PG, 1 gallon of VG, and 1 liter of 99.7% pure nicotine in PG. The night we made the decision to embark on this journey Katy recalls going home and "praying my hardest" that we were able to help at least ONE person kick the stinkies. Just ONE. We knew we were in the right place at the right time when we received this note from one of our first customers...

Dear Nicoticket,

I wanted to write and thank you for saving my life. I started smoking when i was 14 years old - I've been smoking for two-thirds of my life now. I've tried ever possible remedy to try to quit... patches... gum... cold turkey... I confess, I was skeptical when I ordered my first ecigarette, but it seemed to be working well for me... in just under 3 months I managed to cut down from 2 packs a day to 3-4 cigarettes. Trying a Blu was the first step for me (didn't want to stink up the new car lol). Finding your juice was the second (I can't even remember my first order too). Finding the "family" was the final step. Clark and Katy, thank you both for being strong despite all the BS you've both had to deal with. I will vape your product till I vape no more. 1.5 PAD habit of American Spirits to nothing in a month. Smoke free for 6+ months and it ain't even a challenge now. BTW Jameson says hi :)

I just wanted to say that I think that the two of you are amazing!!

The love and care that you put into your business is what makes your business soar above the rest. I know how hard it is to make a good e-liquid. Trust me, I have tried. I have about 120 bottles of flavoring from at least 20 different flavoring companies. I have been mixing for MONTHS. It is not easy to make a good juice. Its not just about adding the right amount of this or that, it's about finding the best flavorings, the best PG and VG and the best nicotine. THEN you have to decide what mix of flavors is right and THEN come up with the best ratios of the different flavorings.

Somehow, every juice that you have made is utterly AMAZING!! You have nailed it on every one! I don't think that most people understand just how much work goes into that. I think that what you do is truly AWESOME!!

The best part of Nicoticket is not only do you have the absolute BEST flavors, you also pair that with the absolute BEST customer service in the industry too. So many of us are so grateful to have found a company that is not about making a fast buck off of this exploding demand for e-liquid, but one that actually cares about helping their customers and making the absolute best quality product for them.

I am so glad that I put that first order in. I will now be a customer for as long as you care to stay around!!!

You have definitely earned each and every order, your dedication and love of what you do is second to none! I remember a short time ago when I was searching for my "go to" juice. I was here on ECF searching and searching for that perfect vape. One day I came across a thread that led me to you. I don't remember and prob can't find that thread again, but what stuck out to me was a reply by a fellow ECF member who said, "and when I want to treat myself I order from Nicoticket".
That instantly led me to your website and I placed my 1st order. I could never have imagined how quickly I would be hooked on your wonderful juices! As other have said and continue to say, every flavor that you release is absolutely spot-on and delicious. I can't ever see myself vaping without having a bottle of Nicoticket in my pocket.

Clark & Katy, you both have my utmost respect, and I look forward to being part of the next 10,000 orders with you!

P.S. if I only had a 50ml of radioactive, kriptonite or virus for all of the times I have been told that they smell wonderful while the exhaled vapor fills a room you would never get another order from me again. ;-)

Well that's a massive achievement, congratulations.

I've been self-employed myself so I appreciate how hard it is to get a business up and running, establish a brand and grow the business. But you both have the 2 most important things needed - dedication and passion :D

Congrats guys,

It's a simple Karma thing to me. You guys treat your customers with the utmost respect and genuinely care for our well being. Thus in my mind you guys should be showered with success because your doing "the right thing". I've seen so many companies just not give a crap about what they sell or the "customers" feedback or suggestions or trying to help, all they want is the green in your pocket. Nicoticket is a 5 star vendor and it shows in the juice and the way you guys treat us. I've searched for months and months until I found the home here and I won't be going anywhere until that one day you shut down (Maybe, I hope not) or I stop vaping (which won't happen anytime soon =).

Nothing but love for MY Nicoticket.

Congratulations and a huge THANK YOU to you guys for what you do! I'm no longer hopping all over the place trying to find good, quality liquids...Nicoticket is number one on my list :)

Solacier, that is the truth. The hunt is over. After I got my first nicoticket order in I sold most of the other juice I had. It's only been a week and I'm about to place my third order. I've found a juice home. And congrats on a great milestone Clark & Katy.
