Nicoticket always above and beyond!

So today I made an order for 2 bottles of ACB and used a $20 off coupon so had to pay $5.75 for shipping. As I finished I started talking to Katy and my girlfriend came home and I asked about roundhouse, and Katy reminded me of the sticky thread. So I went and looked and ordered 2 bottles of Roundhouse for my girlfriend. When Katy noticed she simply asked me "Hey would it be alright if I refunded you the shipping for the ACB?" This is what I love about the customer service at Nicoticket. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are happy and I'm glad to call them my go to vendor!

By the way the frenilla came today and mixed with a ripe strawberry... is an exact copy of strawnilla just with higher vg.

agree with that 100%. I've gotten bored after ordering and the chat was active and talked to both Katy and Beau. Both of them were amazing to talk to. It was beau I told to get nick to get my handwritten apology from nick for all the zotz crushing still have not received it though
