Just wanted to let you guys know of my wonderful experience with 101vape.com. About 3 weeks ago I ordered a sigelei #3 Mechanical Mod from them for $19. Not only was that a very good price but their shipping is cheap at under $2. My order arrived 2 days after shipping and was exactly what I wanted. Over the course of the next couple of days I did notice however that there was a thread that was kinda messed up in the 510 connection and that the positive post screw wasn't cut exactly flat, screw wasn't a real big issue as I could sand that down flat. What ended up happening though was that broken thread ended up causing some of my tanks to never sit right and even rounding some of the first threads on a couple of the tanks. So long story short my fault for not checking the threads and sending it back immediately... Well I sent 101vape an email the other day asking if they knew of a vendor where I could purchase a replacement top cap to the mod since I had failed to do my due diligence in inspecting the product. Now I hadn't checked my email for a couple of days and low and behold I get a call from the GF that a package had arrived and it was from 101vape. After assuring her that I hadn't bought anything recently I had her open it and poof there was a new top cap for the mech. Check my email and sure enough they had replied to my earlier message and had graciously sent me a cap for free. I honestly can't think of better customer support for something that wasn't even their fault. Just my 2 cents and hope that someone else can experience their cheap prices and wonderful service.
