Well, you can't really. The theory of evolution suggests that women are generally, initially, attracted to classic male attributes such as physical strength, dominance, height, etc.. They are generally turned off by safety conscious men.. "Look, I smoke an ecig cuz I don't want lung cancer".. yeup, must be a devil with the ladies. Your best bet is to not smoke or vape.. smoking is risky, but not like base jumping or snowboarding... there's too much negative connotation to smoking now to invoke the bad boy image..and women don't like the horrible smell or creepy vibe they get from people who are addicted to smoking. Some girls might think it's interesting (vaping), and maybe you can intrigue more of the liberal arts type girls, but even then they might think it's weird that you go to such lengths to get a fix from something other than raw creativity or political activism. Who knows?
