Michigan woman celebrates 115th birthday as oldest living American

Jeralean Talley, who reportedly lives among five generations of family in the Metro-Detroit area, was born in Montrose, Ga., on May 23, 1899. The supercentenarian and great-great-grandmother is also the second-oldest person in the world — just after 116-year-old Misao Okawa in Japan, according to The Gerontology Research Group.

WOW! Just look at her how great she looks! Look her up online for the full story. What an amazing lady! Reminded me of Moses right out the gate, well except that she is female. Her birthday is our anniversary, so I'll check to see her next year. I just thought this lady is so amazing that I wanted to share her picture with everyone. I didn't read the full story, but she has great great grandchildren and she is a doctor. Absolutely amazing!
