Hello everyone. I am here to join a part of this awesome community. It has been 12 days since I stopped using analogues completely and I was a consistent PAD smoker for about a year, less before that. vaping has saved my life! Right now I am borrowing a friends K101 mech mod with a rebuildable dripper. Since I am new to this I have had some difficulty rebuilding the rda but I am getting the hang of it. got myself a nightcore I4 and two efest IMR 18650 1600 batts. Waiting on my sentinel M16 clone and nimbus RDA to come in the mail from fasttech.

Well I have alot of experience tying flies for fly fishing as well as making bassoon reeds out of cane so I'm good with small technical stuff. an RBA is easy peasy compared to fly tying.

About 2 years ago I tried the Volcano tankomizer and hated it. constant leaks, battery life sucked, low vapor, gurgling on every draw...ect ect. I was skeptical of trying e cigs again until my friend showed me mechs and RDA's. I love it, and hardly even have cravings for cigs. I took two drags of one and put it out about a week ago. I have no idea how i was able to handle 20+ cancer sticks a day when two drags made me nauseated and gag. Now I just need a good RTA for when I am out and about. Dripping on the go is a bit of a hassle. Cheers :headbang:

Welcome DRock!

Grats on the 12 days, I'm just a little bit ahead of you.

...

Way to go you two. The First Two Weeks is the Hardest. But it gets better.

Keep up the Good Fight.

Congrats DRock! You and I will share the same anniversary.
Like you I haven't had an analogue since 11/4/13.

It's an amazing feeling after an average of 2 PAD for 48 years.

Does your Fluke have a relative zero feature? Keep in mind you must compensate for the resistance of your leads if you want to be accurate with your resistance readings. If you get into the realm of sub-ohm coils it will be very important, just keep that in mind.

Good Luck and Happy Vaping!!!

12 Days!!! that's awesome. It's all downhill from here! That's the good news! The bad news is you'll still want cooler vape gear. Not necessarily a bad thing. I laid down the smokes completely on the 1st day of vaping. Worked great. I DID try a cigarette on day 3. Took one drag and went YUCK! I stepped on it on the garage floor. It's still there after 4 weeks. I've been buying plenty of vape gear, extra batteries, juice, attys and tanks, I am not going back this time. (and to think I hated quitters) but quitting smoking is really hard, most of us have been there, but by vaping this go around, it's been a BREEZE!!!!!! This forum is also a good place to hang out. Like minded folk trying for the same goal. Best wishes and congrats! STAY WITH IT! IF I can do it, I'm sure you can.
