i purchased one of your green life ego dual 1300mah e cigarette tank kits, and first of all one of the atty/cones was DOA. never fired or did anything, which atty's are a hit and miss anyways. this was the first time i ever saw them made together like that. anyways my neighbor gave me money to buy her a kit and i am afraid i cant give it to her now because i cant even get the thing to work. i have been vaping now for 21/2 years and i can not get the tank system to work at all. granted it was my first tank kit ever-but this kit has got me stumped. everything i have ever bought was a 510, and nothing i own is even able to be put with this kit. do you sell separate parts(i.e. atty's) that are compatible with these 1300mah batt's? nothing i have works with them, i am desperate for anything so that i can give her this kit. anyways my friend told me to just contact y'all and ask,so here i am...

Hi Stacey, Thank you for your order. I really appreciate it. Yes I agree with you the tanks are not the greatest, hence the blowout price. There are some tricks to it though as some of the feedback i have gotten was positive. First however, I will send you a replacement atty no problem. I'll ship out first thing monday morning. PG dominant liquids seem to wick much better. If you look on the bottom of the plastic tank you'll see the cotton. It is sitting in a removable piece. You will notice two small tabs. Pull these tabs and the whole little plastic piece will come out with the cotton still in place, if it already has not fallen out. Fill your liquid through this opening. I recommend about 75% full, not all the way topped off. Then replace the plastic piece you removed and saturate the cotton. Also make sure you direct drip about three or four drops on the atty. You should be good to go. I also recommend every so often to direct drip the atty as this will ensure proper and consistent wicking when using the tank system. The real bonus with these kits in my opinion is that they are a dripper's dream. With standard and low resistance 510 or 306 attys, they work great. Your 510 attys will definetely work, as that is what I use. Actually i use my bauway 306's which is standard 510 threading. The only thing is you don't want to tighten the atty all the way down. Back it off just a touch to ensure proper air flow. Another downfall to these kits is the coned atomizer's are NOT Ego-T compatible, but they are the exact same model as the Hello-016 and these can be found at numerous other vendors. We made a business decision not to stock them any more, hence another reason for the low price. one other thing i will add, the coned attys that come with the kit, when working properly, are actually pretty decent for direct dripping. Just use a clean plastic tank as a mouth piece. Just be sure to take the cotton out if you are going to use this method. I hope that answered some of your questions.
