14500's need to be charged often?

Have 8 14500's that I try to rotate through my PV's. Seems like I am always charging them. Which is fine. But didn't know if they're sitting in my case unused if they are losing charge. Running 3.7 box and 5v box mods from madvapes. TIA

My 14500's last about 2 days and then need charging. I rotate them as well, and this is with moderate to heavy vaping through the day and night on VV mods.
