1550a mod need a little help

Hey guys need a little help. I have the skills needed to build one of these with a sx350 chip. I don't have the tools available at this time, and I am on a budget so buying them are out of the question. The wiring I have covered, along with soldering. I need help with cutting the holes in the box. Maybe someone in my area or not to far I could mail the box to you or whatever we can come up with.
