Sx350 60watt upgrade and dual 18650

Since the last update on the Sx350 chip they have been recommending that you run dual batteries. I have never ran dual batteries before except in my vamo. This is my first box mod that I will be using with dual batteries. How is the best way to wire up the the chip? I am getting the keystone 18650 battery holder and putting it into the Hammond 1590g box. I will post pictures when I am fully done with the box but really need help with the wiring for the batteries. Thanks ahead of time.

Wiring batteries in parallel, like Dougiestyle says, is much easier on the batteries than series.

There is also a question of what the board wants. In parallel the nominal voltage will be 3.6 while in series it will be 7.2. The SX350 likes input voltage in the 3.6 range.

The SX330 V3 likes voltage at 7.2 so all the mods with it have the batteries in series.
