It has been 16 days since my last cigarette and I couldn't be more please since switching to ecigs!!

Yay smok! I am right there with you, 12 days for me. I am wondering why it took me so long to try again.
It is a wonderful thing to be free of! I struggled for years- ecigs are a game changer!! Congrats!!
Keep going!! I am still so happy I don't have to deal with getting rid of all those stinky ashes!

My father smoked for 60 years 2/3 packs a day,he quit at 74 because of a quadruple bypass...
I smoked for 21 years stopped 3 weeks ago,how dumb were we to give the tobacco companies our hard earning money,I was spending $250.00 a month in cigarettes,I still spending with e-cigs but not even close.

Congrats, nicely done! I'm soon at full 12 months, and last week I couldn't get past wondering what a real cigarette would taste now. So I smoked one. Man it tasted bad! My e-cig gives me a worlds better taste, lot more satisfaction, a lot more vapor, and no stink or the muffled feeling afterwards. E-cigs are definitely the way to go!
