16340 3.7V 550maH and Powerizer 650maH

First off I want to say thanks to Mike for sending me some TF 16340 with my buzzkill that came back for repairs. Awesome service! The question is how much vape time am I looking at between the 2? Can I mix them or do I need to have both of the TF together. Thanks!
