1800 mAH battery?

Can someone tell me what the difference would be between
Black Personal Charger Casing (PCC) for KR808D-1

Vs

280mAh black manual BATTERY for KR808D-1

as far as the actual battery goes?

I am also a little thrown off by "1800mAh rechargeable battery inside!" then in the print below "This item doesn not include any battery or cartomizer."

The PCC will charge batteries about 5 times before the PCC will need to be recharged.

The PCC has an internal 1800mAh battery that will charge KR808D-1 batteries.

You plug the PCC into a usb port to charge it. To charge KR808D-1 batteries, you screw them into the PCC.

If you carry a PCC with a battery in it, you will always have a charged battery available.

You should carry a PCC with a battery and two cartomizers in it and a battery with a connected cartomizer. This will keep prevent you from going to 7-11 to buy a pack of cigarettes.

Do you know if Black Manual USB passthrough for KR808D-1 holds a charge when not plugged in, or only has power when plugged in?

A usb passthrough will only work when it is plugged into a usb port. A KR808D-1 passthrough provides more voltage than a KR808D-1 battery. For me, the passthrough is better than a battery but it lakes portability.
