18490 life?

I use the 18490 batteries in my Provari and change them out as soon as the light starts blinking, telling me it needs charging. When I put a fresh battery in, and choose 'CB', it says 3.7. The other day, I decided to check it when the light was blinking and it said the same thing, 3.7. So what's the lowest it'll read and still be able to vape?
