I've misplaced my only 18650 batter charger. I can't wait for shipping, I have a day's worth of vape left before I run out. Any suggestions on B&M store that might carry a charger?

Not sure that charger will work. Since your 650's are neither NiCad nor NiMH. And I am pretty sure they will not fit in that charger anyway. How do you misplace a charger? Not trying to be mean but I can't imagine a scenario where I would misplace my charger.
Definitely won't work.
You MUST get a charger capable of charging lithium batteries. That one is for nickel based batteries.
