19mm or smaller mods?

I personally don't mind the bigger toys, but I'm trying to find something that uses a 14650 or a 14500 for a small girl to use. The 19mm is about as big as she'd like, she currently uses an eGo and likes the size but wants something better. Considered the Twists but looking for more options.

Preference given to simple, VV/VW isn't needed. Regulated would be good.

Anyone know of anything other than the seemingly discontinued E-Power, or a supplier that still carries the E-Power?

OOH!! This one looks like it could be a winner as a backup also! Only 1mm thicker than a standard eGo too!

eGo-RS battery has a constant output voltage of 3.7v and the same 5-click lock/unlock function as regular ones. Moreover, eGo-RS has both reverse battery protection and short-circuit protecton. So the safety is well guaranteed.

* Reverse battery protection: while battery is put upside donw, the control panel will cut off the power supply to protect the battery and control units.
* Short circuit protection: the battery will stop work when short circuit happens.
