Okay so this was my first attempt at a quad coil build
26awg kanthal
2mil diameter
8 wraps
Came out at .17ohms

Although I'm still not chucking out those big clouds :( I thought this build would have been more than enough for thick clouds

It should be.
80 watts ought to be producing lots of vapour.

take a pick with the coils juiced up and the button pressed

Maybe the ohms are just marginal and the xpro m80 isn't firing it all the time.

I believe the xpro m80 goes down to 0.2 ohms

I'd aim for a 0.25 ohm coil to be sure I'm within spec.

Hi yea in the manual it said safe down to .1 so should be okay here's the pic I suppose its okay. Just when exhaling it doesn't look anything near like some of the videos I've seen. I'm using a plume veil clone if that make any difference uploadfromtaptalk1429217665253.jpg

I'd have guessed 20 watts looking at that;

what wattage are you running

and what ohms is your xpro reporting?

once you put the topcap on, it's important to have each coil sitting right next to an airhole in the pathway of the airflow.

With the topcap off, try pressing the fire button and blowing gently on the coils and see what happens.
Didn't really make any noticeable difference. I give up took the build out and just built a standard dual coil wrapped around a 3mil screwdriver instead of 2 reading at .5 ohms and at 40 watts I seem to be getting the same amount of vapour.

Confused

i found i was getting bigger clouds by turning the plumeveils barrel upside down, taking the airflow control off and using either a topcap from a tobh, mutationX or if you have one a chuff

when i turn the barrel upside down i put the cyclops holes inline with the posts and the other airholes are sat above your coils.

also look here at wicking if your having trouble :) >>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1hqRp9TDDE

for comparison, here's my 15 watt, 30 gauge single coil, 3mm ID
