2.0 ohm EMDCC vs. 2.0 ohm Boge

Is there any particular reason why the EMDCC seems weaksauce compared to the Boge? I'm using Boba's Bounty on both of them, with the Boge, I can get plumes of vapor. The flavor on the EMDCC is definitely stronger, and the vape is warmer, but it takes 2-3 seconds just to get the "sizzling" going, and it seems to be producing much less vapor. I tried the EMDCC both on my eGo-C battery (3.4V) and a VV Riva (at the 4.2 setting, probably somewhere around 3.7-4.0V actual). I can get the EMDCC going if I plug it into a 5V passthrough, but I really wanted to use these on the go without having to refill multiple times a day as I do with the Boge.

Do I need to get 1.5 ohm EMDCCs?

YES, you are looking at the limitations of a dual coil Vs a single coil...the wattage is the same for both BUT, that wattage is split between two coils making for a cooler vape...which is why I really don't like DCC's with 3.7v PV...DCC's REALLY shine at 5v..........

Looks like I'm going to try some ECHO-E's [single coil]. I love my 5V passthrough, but it's not too often that I'm at my desk.
