Hello All,

I have been playing with the 3.5 DCV Tanks lately... I have found that my thicker juices work fine, but my thinner juices flood the damn thing to hell, which was extremely frustrating... I was about to go back to the old fashioned way of doing things, but i decided to dedicate some time to research this issue.

After intense research, I've come to the conclusion that if you have a thicker juice, use the pre-punched TRIPLE hole cartomizers. If you use a thinner juice, use the pre-punched SINGLE hole cartomizers.

If you are using the DCV tank and are using the TRIPLE hole cartomizers with it and are experiencing flooding/gurgling issues... then try plugging up 2 of the holes (transforming it to a SINGLE hole cartomizer) or simply buy one that comes with a single hole only.

I've tested this out by taking a triple hole cartomizer, and taking a toothpick and shoving it in a hole, then breaking it off, then shaving it. I repeated this step with another hole. After these steps, i had one working hole and 2 clogged holes, therefore transforming my triple hole carto into a single hole. I then put my thin juice that was giving me flooding issues before, and started vaping... TADA! no flooding. great vape. perfect.

With all that being said... now it's time to find a place get my single hole pre-punched carto.. I use a 1.7 ohm single coil, and have only found 2 places that carry this. One of them is sold out. Does anyone know where i can these on a regular basis? Here are the 2 that i found:

Tank Replacement Single Coil Cartomizers, 1.7 ohms, Single Hole

Single Coil 510 Single Hole Pre-Punched Tank Cartomizer 1.7ohm [510DCT 1.7 Single C, Single Hole] : L Js E-Smokes, Electronic Cigarettes

VAPE FREE OR DIE HARD.

Many sites don't specify how many holes are pre-punched, only that it is pre-punched. Ya gotta kind of dig around to get exactly what you're looking for.

Was doing some google searching today on phrases like "3 hole(s) carto", "Pre-punched 3 hole", "triple punched", etc etc. The results were varied and the vendors I usually go to first weren't coming out on top of the lists. Some you can tell by the pictures, but you gotta hope that's exactly the model in the picture as they're shipping.

Heck one site had triple holes only for one certain resistance, the other common resisitances were all single. But at least it was all specified out for you.

The chase continues for the ultimate vape. What obstacles will we encounter next? Tune in next week...
