I am experiencing flooding on my cartomizers pre-punched I believe they are smoktek; lip on the bottom with three small holes. I fill it about 3/4 of the tank and it is good for about 10 mins or so.. Then flooding begins, sucking juices, spitty, and leaky. Most of my juices are 50/50 or 60/40 PG/VGs. Am I doing something wrong here? Thank you

That could be too many holes for your juice but I doubt it. I would try taking some sharp dry hits (no button). You can also pop off the drip tip, put the atty side between your teeth, and blow sharply into a tissue once or twice.
You might want to try punching your own cartos. I find that one hole towards the bottom and one hole towards the top works for me. I think it has something to do with the airflow and i very rarely get leaking cartos anymore. I'm useing Boge 2.8 single coil with a j-tank. Fill it only to just below the top hole. Hope this helps!
I had the same issue with flooding, not often, so I pulled the tank high enough to cover the three holes in the bottom of my cart and vaped like that for a bit and then slid it back down in to its regular place. YMMV
