2.7 usd from China to all countries via China registered airmail from today

Not much - you have to print out the bill and bring it to customs. And AFAIK they can also ask for proof of payment, although they rarely ever do that.

But maybe, like DX has, an option to send parcels with an absolutely neutral sender might help. Just in case "Health Cabin" got flagged indeed, as DX is. (Not because of nic in their case. That has more to do with Nokla mobile phones and the like.)

I am sorry that I am confused. what does "Health Cabin" got flagged mean? all orders sent from us have no stickers saying Health cabin.

Flagged means that customs pick out parcels from one vendor more often than those from other vendors, because they suspect them to contain unwanted stuff. Although you are right, they don't say Health Cabin on the outside.

Funny thing is, 3 orders from HC, 2 went through customs. 11 orders from another Chinese vendor (who had a China airmal option earlier than HC), 0 went through customs. May of course be accidental. It's just conspicuous. (I'll still order from you, though, don't worry.)

That is a bit odd. all of our orders never say Health Cabin on the outside. why 2 of 3 orders were selected?

I have no idea. I know that besides the "flagged" senders, most parcels pulled out for inspection are pulled out randomly, which is why this may indeed be accidental. Statistically unlikely, but of course not impossible.

we are very discreet with all orders. no saying Health cabin or nic or ecig on the outside of packages, no any invoice or papers inside the packages. so it must be accidental. hope your orders with us will have good luck in future!

Ummm that's where eCigs were invented........ They didn't make it to China. They started there and made it to everywhere else.

Just wanted to give you guys an idea about time frames for the registered mail shipping to USA. I'm in Minnesota, ordered early am 9/17, rec'd today 10/9. That's just over 3 weeks, 22 days, or 15 business days; however you prefer to look at it. Pretty much in the earliest range that they give on the shipping info page. Cheers,

3-4 Weeks has been the standard for years from China to USA, if your not in a rush it's the way to go.
