Hey folks, nooby here on the forum but not a noob to vaping. I just recently ordered 3 flavors from Dawn and George at DIYFLAVORSHACK and I must say, again I am very pleased with everything...so far. So far meaning I haven't tried the 3rd flavor I ordered.
I ordered their MarlyB 24mg in VG and had them add some menthol to it. I had previously ordered a Camel tobacco and had them do the same thing and was very pleased. I was very shocked and happy when I got the box in the mail today because I knew they always throw in free extras like new flavors. Not only did I get a small bottle of their "sweet n sour VG" but they even threw in a small bag of menthol crystals and spoon with directions on how to mix it in if I needed. So cool DIY! Anyway i filled a 901 cart and proceeded to vape on my 901 ecig. WOW! Just like the camel menthol from before, this was very cool and smooth with a perfect throat hit. Actually this mix is better because I can taste a good 50/50 of the tobacco and menthol. For those who like analog menthols, this is by far the best way to go. Yes DIY mixed the menthol in for me, but the directions they gave makes it easy. My rating on this flavor mix......10/10 vapes
Next up is the "sweet cherry 24mg VG" flavor. Now I was not sure which cherry to go with because Dawn has a couple of different ones on their site. I decided to try this one. The other one said it is like cherry ludens cough drops. I love ludens but I wanted just a cherry flavor so I tried the other. Glad I have other atomizers because my love for menthol, I need dedicated atomizers for those flavors. I learned the hard way not to use blueberry pie in a previously used menthol atomizer...BLAGH! So on with the sweet cherry. I was looking for a basic sweet flavor as I love to puff away on Blackstone Cherry cigars. Upon the first couple of vapes, I was getting nothing, then it started to become more flavorful. Again, nice throat hit with a generous amount of vapor production. It is not as full in flavor as I would like it to be, but next time I will check the box for the option to double the flavor. Another thing I like about DIY is the options. My rating on the sweet cherry VG......8/10 vapes
One last thing, out of all the places I have tried for liquids(which is around 7 or so) DIY tops them all. They make their own liquids, they have all kinds of different flavors, and they are always greatful for your business and they show it! I will never order from anyone else.
