2 identical clearomizers and one wont work on my new vv battery.

So i got this nice new variable voltage eGo battery and testing it out, only one of my clearomizers will do anything on it. one works fine and the other just doesn't do anything. to my knowledge, they are the same clearomizers. they came in a starter kit from a local smoke shop. just looking at them, they look identical. And both clearomizers work on my other battery so the problem is beyond me. Any ideas to the cause of this problem would be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance!

(the one that doesn't work has taken some nasty falls while sitting straight up so maybe something is just messed up enough to not work on the other battery.)

I just got 2 authentic innokin iClear16's and they have completely different pins. They're not spring loaded like typical CE#'s, so one screws completely onto both my batteries, the other has a fat gap and doesn't screw down completely because the pin in the middle keeps it from going any further. They both work fine, but there's an obvious manufacturing difference between two products from the exact same package. I think the quality control on all this stuff is complete junk, that's just about it.

Check the pin at the bottom of the non-functioning clearomizer, to make sure it is low enough to contact the battery. The QC on this things isn't always great. What kind of clearos are you using?

Welcome to the forum btw.

Thanks! glad to be here. well they are just some basic 1 piece clearomizers. just has a fill line to 1.6 ml. not sure what the brand is. it doesn't say anything on them. a good example would be: STAM eGo CE4 Clearomizer 2.3-2.5 Ohm
The only thing that is different is the little rubber piece that the mouthpiece sits on. mine sticks up a little more but both that i have look exactly like that.

Can you put up pix?

I started on CE4/5's, it is not unknown for them to not work. Of the 5 I bought, one was a DOA and another fried after about 2 days. Luckily my local B&M shop is great and replaced them straight away for more.
Yeah im thinking it just doesn't fit as good as the other tank. well im glad at least one worked.
