Hey guys,

Thanks for the add. I have been using single coils for a while. After hearing good things about dual coils I decided to try and bought a new battery 1300mah X6 Battery in addition to a new clearomizer. For a reason that has been eluding me for about a month, this battery intended for dual coils cannot produce any vape with the dual coil clearomizer.

New battery with old single coil clearomizer works (tends to burn my coils a bit too soon). Old battery with new dual coil clearomizer works but depletes the battery very fast. New battery and new clearomizer nothing.

The coil is simply not receiving any power, doesn't heat anything in the latter configuration.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance for any help, have a good day,

PS. if I didn't make it very clear, all the elements are from Kanger

It might be that the dual coil in your clearomizer has a resistance that is too low for your device, hence your battery won't fire it. It also might just be something to do with the atomizer not making proper contact. I'd clean everything and toss another head into the clearomizer to see what happens.

This is why many of us have moved over to rebuildables. It may seem intimitdating but it's not that hard to learn. It may seem time consuming but if I added up all the time I spent troubleshooting kanger clearos, I spend much less time rebuilding. Lastly, it saves a ton of money.

Actually you can easily rebuild your single-coil kanger clearo heads with some wire and cotton to the effect that you get a much better vape.

Would you have a nice tutorial? I watched a few youtube video about that and should have all the necessary parts, just need to actually try it.

coil replaced in new cleromizer without change ...
