congratulations! Like I always used to say, "No, I don't want to quit smoking, I just don't want it to kill me!" I never actually thought there was a solution for that dilemma until I found PV's. It's like a miracle to me.
Congrats!!!! After smoking for over 35 years and now having COPD I have been analog or cigarette free for 18 days now. Good Luck and Congrats!!!
Congratulations to all the above posters. I too was a long time smoker, over 30 years, and am now cigarette free for a couple of months. I can't even stand the smell of an open pack anymore.
I want to also offer my congrats to you all and also thank everyone on this forum for helping me quit a pack a day habit! I feel better, don't have a nagging cough all the time and can actually smell things better! I have not smoked since Jan 1 2010! Not a one! Didn't think I could do it as I've smoked for over 35 years! This forum is just the best!
