Hey ECF!,

Question 1: I have Ti 28gauge wire and i built a single coil on my rda, 5 wraps spaced and it vapes great at 40 Joules and 450 F. Only down side to that build was after 3-4 puffs i have to re-drip. That being said i thought oh i have a Delta II with the rba section.. could i just place that coil on or build a new one and just have constant enjoyment with the same setup 40 Joules and 450 F. ?

Question 2: Should i just leave my Delta II on the shelf and buy my friends unopened smok TCT for $10.00 with a 5 pack of coil heads (i hear they last forever) and stick to that for TC enjoyment.

The Smok TCT is my favorite temperature control tank and yes, their nickel coils do last a while! Flavor for weeks! That said, I know very little about the Delta II. I tried one with a stock coil once and didn't care for it. That's just my experience.
I tried the Delta II RBA build last night with a single spaced Ti 28g wire 5 wraps and it works but the flavor is kind of mute but it works, it does suck up juice quickly but vapor production is in the small/medium level. I'm going to buy my friends TCT tonight for sure though! What is your preferred settings when your TCT Tank? Like F. and Joules and what device?

I've read a few things about the TFV4 tank, like it sucks up juice twice as fast as the TCT and the TCT is a better TC Tank and the Coil Heads are better on the TCT. This is all based on random things people say on Reddit and on here but i do see a lot of good things on the TFV4 like the RBA section and the vapor production is crazy good and the top fill option beats the TCT for convenience hands down.

Unfortunately my friend doesn't have a TFV4 for $10.00 though and i just bought the IPVD2 and the IPV3 Li with $100 of ejuice this month so i need to budget this tank by using my current Delta II and this SMOK TCT i'm getting for $10.00 :)

Good choice my friend. I used the TCT on the IPv4 a lot and my ideal settings were 42 joules at 475 F. Now I use it on a Sigelei 75 at 50 watts 520 F (Grim Greene recommended). I've tried both settings on the DNA 200 and temperature protection cuts me off. So yeah if you are using an ipv, try 475f42j. I like the TFV4 and I may get one eventually but for now I'm on a budget too and the cost of coils and juice keeps me away.

Got the TCT tank yesterday, and put it on my iPVD2 at 475 F. and 45 Joules and air slots closed on drip tip and 80% closed at the base of the tank and this thing chucks, also i tried it at 525 F. and 50 Joules and still no burnt hit and even more clouds with my preferred warmer vape but because I want the coils to last i put it back down to 48 Joules and 475 F. NO LEAKAGE!

I feel bad for my Delta II but its going back on my shelf in the box it came with... damn i can never find a use for this tank beyond a day or two.

Glad you like it man. I'm going on 2 1/2 weeks with the TCT nickel coil I have in right now with daily use. Just talked to a dude earlier that said he got a month out of one of his. Oh sorry I forgot to mention the drip tip airflow-I keep mine closed off all the way too. Maybe you can sell or trade your Delta lol.

Yeah maybe lol i like to have the slots very closed for flavor on my Temp Control builds or setups so i tried putting the air slots on the base 90% closed and opened the drip tip about 10% as well and i find it to be the perfect vape in flavor and air restriction.
