I ordered from ___________ (don't want to say name because it would sound like I'm bashing the site which I'm not intending to) on Aug 5th because they had a great 20-4ml bottle variety pack for only $25.00+6shipping. Ive heard good things about the site from around the forums/reviews so I was expecting fast delivery like I got from Myvaporstore.com (ordered Tues and received on the same Friday), however still haven't received my shipment. I sent him an email asking if there was a tracking number on the 12th and he said "Sorry no tracking number. But you should have it any day now." the same day, which i thought was OK, he was extending the special price a day or two after his special which i appreciate and thought was awesome, and assume that's why I didn't get a tracking number (since it was a direct PayPal payment rather than through his store/site [I asked if there were any specials coming up because i was just learning PayPal and was intending to order from there once it was ready] ).

I know shipments can get lost or whatever and sometimes take longer than expected, BLAHHHHH

went ahead and sent him another email... but not sure what he can do since he wasn't able to give me a tracking number. Not sure if I'm just getting annoyed/panicky because I'm loving my ecig so much.

How long would you say is too long and what would be the next course of action???

Well, that was 15 days ago minus Sundays since the post office won't deliver on those days even though it seems that they do move cargo on those days. Can you tell us if the company is from China or USA? If it's China, I wouldn't worry, but if it's the USA and he sent it out within two days of receiving your order (which most companies do, not sure if it is a required law or if that's just because it's a good business practice) you may want to at least ask him which day it shipped out. Or check your email confirmation, if you got one, and see when it supposedly got shipped out.

Assuming that he sent it out within two days of getting your order, that leaves 13 days, and I would think for sure that if it was from the USA, it would have made it in that time. From China though, it may just take that long or longer depending on shipping method.

Wow, he got back to me in only about 20 minutes again and was helpful.

"Wow you should have gotten it by now. It must have gotten lost in the mail. I would send you another sample pack but I am all sold out. I can refund your money and send you a free 10ml bottle of your choice for the inconvenience."

So kinda bummed that i wont get a variety pack, now gonna have to order from somewhere else, think i saw a deal like 20 -5ml bottles for 50$ but cant remember where think it was ruyandirect or something

Anyone know a good variety pack website

Also if it my original order does show up in the next couple days (ill go ahead and pay again since hes refunding) any one know if the juice will still be good after being in the mail after ~two+ weeks???

I knew the shelf life was something like that... but not sure if unknown varrying tempatures likely mostly room tempature's would have a factor in any potential problems.

I know most people say they try to keep their liquid around room temperature like in a desk drawer or something and say to keep it out of the heat as well as don't put it in the refrigerator.

I think the advice about keeping your juice in a drawer has more to do with sunlight than temperature - exposure to sunlight causes chemical reactions in the juice that can degrade its strength and quality.

Regarding temperature, it's recommended that you store juice in a cool place, say under 80 degrees. Fluctuations in temperature can also cause chemical reactions, so it's a good idea to keep your storage temperature stable, whatever it is. As far as the fridge, I think a few people have had problems, but there's no evidence that those problems wouldn't have happened if the juice was kept at room temperature. (IE, unsealed bottles that could have been contaminated with bacteria before being stored in the fridge. Cold temperatures will slow bacterial growth, but won't stop it completely.) And lots of people have kept their juice in the fridge for months without a problem. I store mine in the fridge, because the temperature in my house goes from ~70 to ~85 degrees on a daily basis, and I figure that stable and cold is better than unstable and warm...

That site for the 20 5ml bottles was probably ********PG, VG,*Custom Sampler,e-liquid ingredients, e-liquid, electronic cigarette juice, apple flavor, mint flavor, tobacco flavor, cherry flavor, eliquid, tobacco juice, nicotine juice - Eastmall International Co.,Ltd
I've been looking at that as well. Seems to be a good deal and I've read a few good things about them. They also have 7 20ml bottles, same price I think. Only think hold me back from ordering is I'm flat broke right now :(....I'll definitely be on it as soon as I get paid, unless I hear of a better deal somewhere else.
