and i still need analogs...mind you, I'm down to 3 a day, but I want them gone for good! Oh well...
Any thoughts on how to get over that hump, like taking a walk when I need an analog or exercising? I really want to be smoke free especially since my husband's cancer scare this week (the results came in this morning though, and the tumor is BENIGN) How do I tell my brain that I mean business?

I found that if I up my nicotine juice it helps. I have a couple different strengths. I going thru the beginnings of this. My last analog was yesterday early am. I have a bottle of TW 36ml that at first I thought was too strong. Now if I start getting the cravings I add a few drops to the cart I'm using and it really helps. The liquid I started with is 24ml. Be careful of that strong stuff at first though. It's pretty strong.

Don't beat yourself up as I had 3 to 5 analogs for the first month before I quit for 11 days then I went back to them for 4 days and back to quiting TAKE 2. It will happen if its meant to be as one day you will be smoking an analog and you will have that feeling.. "you know I don't really want this now that I lit it" ... or something like that. My husband does have cancer and was diagnosed 1-1-09 with stage 4 lung cancer and I still slipped up. Now its to keep him from slipping up again thats the hard part.

It will happen in good time .....

Hi Steph,

I think your over the major hump, congrats!

Now after that cancer scare, you now just gotta push yourself, be strong & just say No to analogs!

You Can do it! Never mine the mg's and all these crap!

Your 98% There, Just Push It!

Keep The Faith & vape!
