Hello again, all. It's been two weeks, to the hour, since I smoked my last tobacco cigarette! I was a former PAD (plus) smoker, and stopped without a single tobacco cigarette after I took my first hit from an e-cigarette.
Many Blu disposables, Blu Cartos, and Volcano Cartos later, here I am, still going strong!
In that time, I've picked up ~25 "packs" worth of hardware (defined as spend on hardware divided by what I used to spend each day on cigarettes), ~32 "packs" worth of software, ~4 "packs" worth of gifts, and ~3 "packs" worth of shipping charges, for a total expenditure roughly equal to 64 packs of tobacco cigarettes.
Back out the 21 smoke free days and roughly 46 days worth of cartos that I have in my inventory or on the way and it's official: I've placed my "breakeven" order (and that' s not counting the $60 bottle of single malt that my wife bought me at the 1 week mark!).
I can think of at least two occasions where I would have returned to tobacco cigarettes had it not been for forum members replying to my "help, I'm having a craving!" posts in real time, and I know for certain that I'd have given up e-cigarettes as a "fad" (and gone back to tobacco cigarettes) had it not been for the numerous success stories on this forum!
Thanks to all for your help, good luck with your personal goals, and welcome to any new members reading this: know that it is possible to stop smoking tobacco, if that's what you choose to do!
