They have VERY low prices, and atomizers carry a two year warranty!

It varies and usually there are two types 'EMS' and 'airmail' and unlike the US 'airmail' isn't the fastest - in fact it can be quite slow - two months - but it is like $4 from heaven gifts and from there, depending on customs and time of year (holidays, etc.) it usually gets here within 2 weeks. EMS, $14 (under.5kg) from heaven gifts can be as quick as 4 days (to Ohio) and as long as 10 days. Same for eastmall and heath cabin in my experience, but I haven't ordered from these guys.

And $18 is a bit stiff for US delivery but again the prices are almost too good to be true. 3 joye 510 kits for $50. 3 mega batts for $20... I ran into another juice deal like that with ecig23.com and it took 3 months to get the order. I figured it was lost or a sham but they came through and it was worth the wait. It was cheap but good hilton and ry4 dekang which my wife likes as do I.

Now 50ml for $5.12 but at the time - like August 09 it was $2.63/50ml.

When I send stuff back to Wayne at HG I send it airmail (it's broken ;-) and have him return it by airmail or include it in another order - I've done it both ways. Not much money that way and the time wasn't important to me - I had other batts, had a cigar returned but had another that worked, etc.

But I wouldn't count on it with this place until they delivered... maybe a few orders to establish they're ok.

Right now I'm waiting on them to get back to me on a shipping quote. I also asked if it was EMS and how the paypal thing works with them. If I do order I will order using a debit card (protected one) through paypal. That way if anything happens I can do a chargeback on my card. I get neverous of web sites with prices that are extremly cheap. They could be completely honest and have good quality but I'll wait untill a few people try them out before I give them my Credit Card Number.

i dont even use atomizers anyway, so i dont really care. i just thought that would grab peoples attention and get them to look at the site...

A bulk buy on cartoz - like 120 or more would come in like 70-90 cents a piece even with the shipping. Not that bad. I've seen many in the US at @ $2/each - some plus shipping.
