Thanks! I keep a clock running on Taiwan time because I have some friends there, normally 12Am here is 1PM there (next day), but now they are one hour ahead of me so 12AM here is 1PM there (Next day)

Does anyone know if the Joytech 18650 battery arrives pre-charged at all?

I had to order my charger somewhere else, because adding a charger from HC raised shipping $5 (Yes tested that with one item and charger, or 10 items without charger, ect). So, needless to say since I ordered charger from somewhere else it's not going to arrive on the same day, it wont be here until Monday HC package will be here today I think

If they don't, how does that work? I mean I thought you are not supposed to let these batteries drain past a certain point or they can be damaged or die.
