I don't know about solarium, but Ruyan made e-cigarettes and e-cigars in 2004.

That looks like it's a DSE701-5 kit. The original Ruyan E-cigars manufacturing starting in 2004 but only sold in China and have Chinese writing on them. I believe the first E-cigars Ruyan made for export was in 2007.

Not only that, but it's essentially an ego, meaning that after a few hundred charges(at best), it's going to be a paperweight.
