220 watts from two cells is not advisable, once they are discharged you will be pulling 38 amps each from them. Even if you use a true 30 amp cell like the LG HB2/4/6 you will be exceeding their CDR by nearly 30% at that wattage.

Using the batteries listed above you should stay below 170 watts
Stay below 120 watts and you could use a 20 amp cell like the LG HG2 or the Samsung 30Q

I can't imagine vaping that high. I don't ever go over 40w, but I do like the idea of vaping at my preferred settings on a device that's rated for higher rating. The batteries last longer and I like knowing I have the potential to go higher if something changes with technology (like a new coil type). That's great advice about keeping it under 170 watts to stay safe! :)

Bear in mind that that 170 watts requires using cells with only 1500 mAh capacity, so expect short run times. Better to use pair of LG HG2 or Samsung 30Q keep the wattage under 120 watts and twice the run time.

That's me in a nutshell. I use LG HG2s and I stay under 50 watts! :) I can't imagine using all of that power, but I know some people love it.
