24-7 Vaporizer 650

I bought a 24-7 Vaporizer 650. It's fully charged and full of nicotine oil but I can't make it smoke. What am I doing wrong?

Does the button light up when you push it? If not click the button five times fast, that will turn on the battery (and five more fast clicks to turn it off).

If it does light up, then maybe your tank isn't making a connection with the battery or the coil in the tank is bad.
