My wife was nice enough to order one of my favorite juices, Bonnie and Clyde from Villain Vapor......only she neglected to tell me that it was 0 nicotine.

I didnt even notice.

Ive been stepping down in stages, dropping 6mg every 4 months or so from 24 mg.I was already down to 12 mg and about to drop to 6.

Just wanted to put this out there because it seems to back up the assertion that either we arent absorbing much nicotine from electronic cigarettes OR that nicotine by itself isnt all that addictive.

When I was smoking, I would have been tearing my hair out by now, searching the sofa cushions, cars and even my kids piggy bank for change to buy a pack.

Even typing this Im good and not rushing to my stash to switch my tank for 12mg juice.

I have made it down to 3mg from 12mg in a bit over 3 months. I am not sure I would notice at this point if I dropped to 0 nic.

Honestly once the quit symptoms I had in the first month were past the real addiction for lack of a better word is inhaling and exhaling vapor(smoke in the past) and some of the habits and rituals that went along with smoking. Like the after dinner vape (cig when I smoked) is absolutely required. I am one cranky woman if I don't get my after dinner vape in peace.

If she hadnt told me today I would have remained clueless about it.

I have quite a bit of 12mg Hype from Ave left so Im still planning on finishing all of that before ordering 6ml and tapering down to 0mg over 3 months or so

Gives me hope as well that the transition will be a LOT smoother than I anticipated.

Honestly, at this point I think I will have a harder time weaning myself off the hand-to-mouth of a pv than I will with the nicotine.

I was at zero, had a few really bad days at work and started using my 4 mg to cope with it. I use 4 0r 0, it really makes no difference. The hand to mouth will be my tough part. I have only been using 3ml's every 2 to 3 days and when I first started out it was 3 + ml's a day. There is hope I will quit all together.

Yoda: “So certain are you. Always with you it cannot be done. Hear you nothing that I say?”
Luke: “Master, moving stones around is one thing, but this is totally different!”
Yoda: “No. No different! Only different in your mind. You must unlearn what you have learned”

We Jedi need our very own section of ECF-what say ye ?

I've gotten Bashed a few times for saying this. So I guess that One More Time isn't going to hurt.

I think that once someone kicks the Addiction to all the Chemicals that BT puts in Tobacco, and once they get a few months down the road with e-Cigarettes, that vaping is More of a Mental Addiction than a Chemical one.

In my case I agree 100 percent! If I am at home I am vaping like crazy. If I have to go out and doing stuff I really don't think about it unless someone around me is smoking.
