24mg to 18mg

Hey guys i am about to order some 24mg RY4 from eciq wizard.

I dont vape 24mg i want 18mg so if i mix it like this (its 100%PG)

3ml eliquid
1ml VG

will the resulting liquid be 18mg? I know i will lose a little bit of flavour but thats expected
Would i be better off just buying some RY8 @ 24mg since it has a lot more flavour?

This is how you figure that out. You figure out the total amount of nicotine in mgs and then divide by the number of mls.

So:

24 mg/ml x 3 ml = 72 mg nicotine
0 mg/ml x 1 ml = 0 mg nicotine

72 mg + 0 mg = 72 mg nicotine total

4 ml total

72 mg/4 ml = 18 mg/ml

You will lose some flavor and you will change the PG/VG ratio, but it's an easy enough mix to whip up and try before you buy another juice to use instead.

Ok so i went with the 24mg, is there REALLY much difference between 18/24 for the heavy smoker, bearing in mind i vape 18mg all day without issue and dont REALLY find it all that satisfying hence why i vape it all day.

Will 24 be better? Im just worried of going over the top with it lol

I look forward to trying a different take on RY4 from a different manufacturer as i previously tried the RY4 from TW and it was ok, but not very flavoursome

Sometimes people find that 24 mg/ml satisfies their cravings more. It is about 1.3x stronger than 18 mg/ml, so it's not a trivial difference in strength. From what I've read, some people don't really notice a difference, but many do.

I did. I started with 24, which was a bit too strong for me. I quickly went down to 18 mg/ml. Right now I'm at 14 mg/ml.

Ok cool so its more of a trial and error sort of thing?

Ill see how i get on, the only problem i have is i dont have any flavouring to add to it at the moment! I do have hazelnut and vanilla.....but want to keep the sweetness in it.

There is so much i want to buy but money is the problem lol

Nicotine levels are more about throat hit and satisfying the nic craving. If you order equal amounts of two different juices, you can add the nic levels together and divide by two. If they are different, use Spazmelda's method.

i have a 20mg liquid and an 8mg liquid (which i dont like but want to use it up)

If i want an 18mg liquid how would i work this out?

PS > Ive tried and can only get it to 14mg solution by doing

3ml of 20 = 60
3ml of 8 = 24

84/6 = 14mg/ml (is that right?)

Oops, sorry. I misread.

You will only be able to use a small amt if the 8 mg. be back later with math.

The flavour is foul either way lol i dont think ill be using either!

4 ml of 20 mg/ml + 1 ml of 8 mg/ml = 17.6 mg/ml.

I could give you exact numbers to get to 18, but 17.6 makes the mixing easier.
