Although I will never be a customer (I'm in the UK), may I make a few observations on your site (only looked for a minute or two, but a few things leapt out at me)
1. Please consider getting rid of the music: it's not great if you're using in an office with other people. TBH, whether I'm at home or in an office, if I visit a site where music starts playing, I will immediately click off it.
2. Likewise, the flashing in the header is very distracting and puts me off when I am trying to read something else on the home page
3. I can't immediately see anywhere that says what size the bottles of liquid are. If it is there, sorry.
4. "However, certain national and international advisory bodies to public health authorities have concluded that the scientific evidence suggests that the use of e-cigarette products instead of cigarettes is substantially less harmful than smoking." Can you tell me which national and international advisory bodies to public health authorities you are talking about? (This is a question, I know, rather than an observation - but I would be interested in checking this out further for myself as I try to keep abreast of any developments in this area)
