For me, they have always happened immediately. Except once, out of my many many many Super-T orders, I received the 'David Gysland - Super T Manufacturing Customer Receipt/Purchase Confirmation', but failed to get the 'supertmanufacturing@yahoo.com - Your Order Number: ######'. Did you check your 'Junk'?
I haven't recieved the emails either,i did. nothing.. i was able to check out all the way and get an order number too..
There's a gigantic number of email providers out there and some of them don't play nicely with each other depending on who they source their whitelisting and blacklisting from. The email has probably either been delayed somewhere, or got trapped.

You gotta check your junk yourself then. If nobody checks my junk for 3 days tops, it's time to check it myself.

Just an update: the outgoing mail server for both our website, and coincidentally Stamps.com is not working. If you ordered within the past few days (including Thursday's Simplicity 26650s), we did get your order, and I can re-email you the tracking per your request (email at supertmanufacturing@yahoo.com). I'm working on resolving the email issue.
