28g for mini protank 2 rebuild?

So 32 is more ideal? What what I read most people are using 32. So the thinner the wire used, the less wraps are required for a higher resistance? I think I had that backwards!! Thanks for the help!!

If you're insistent on 2.5Ω, then 32ga wire will probably be required. If you're flexible for a slightly lower resistance, I find 30ga much easier to work with. A 10 wrap microcoil at 1/16" should put you around 2.0Ω using 30ga.

Use the 32 ga on a 1/16 drill bit, 8 wraps ought to get you where you want to be Ω-wise.
