- I just received the package of order #23052411315686 that was missing part (RTA21813) ( rta ulton don atty )
And part# ( DIY19315) was wrong, because i order 3.5ml but you shipped to me 2.5ml
- One more thing that in order #23061223121045 when i opened out that found 1 glass broken of (RTA22432) as picture attached.
- After that, I emailed, and called direct, messed in skype many times, but 2fdeal still did not respond.
- I can't believe this confusion. I had to wait a long time for my order
- 2fdeal's after-sale service is very slow, I don't like this.

I have to agree that their customer service is trash. After making me jump through hoops jus to pay they refused to help me with my issue. I was shorted five items. Two they gave me store credit for and the other three were just not in the package.. I'm infuriated with them. No more 2F deals for me!!!!.

I tried them quite recently and their service was decent. I had to change an order and offered to make up the difference of +-$1. They didn't charge me for the difference and simply changed and shipped the order. Order arrived with an extra. I don't know if that was a freebie or an error haha, but of course I was happy. Shipping to the EU took about 12 days. Now what I didn't like: exactly what someone else here described -- the roundabout payment system with Paypal. Apart from making the $ slightly more expensive, this effectively prevents Paypal from stopping payment in case of a failed order. I won't be using them again until they change that practice.

the charge may not be to 2Fdeal.
Standard practice among Chinese vendors.
If they don’t accept PayPal then they will not ship missing items.
i can't see why not (though there shouldn't be missing items in the 1st place). All credit cards have consumer protections.
There’s no reason why they can’t accept PayPal.
The reason is PayPal policy, not the vendor's choice.
