He lapped up the frothy brew from the floor,
then back on his haunches he sat.

1. I'm not much of a gambler, but decided to go to one of the local casinos sometime near my birthday (they give $50 free slot credit in your birthday month). I had a fun time playing slots (won a decent amount), paid for a nice dinner there, and left with a couple hundred dollars in my pocket. Not sure if that was my luckiest day ever, but it definitely was a very lucky day.
